1. Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
2. Establish performance metrics and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify enhancement opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster productivity.
4. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
5. Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
6. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives align with broader organizational goals.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
3. Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly advantageous.

1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging a data-driven approach.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems.

A minimum of 10 years of experience, with over five years managing and coaching both individual contributors and leaders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
