- Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic framework across the Americas.
- Advise and support the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisory Council on key pillars such as Talent Acquisition, Culture & Care, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to integrate DE&I strategies into recruitment, performance management, and development initiatives.
- Evaluate and enhance current practices and policies to align with DE&I goals.
- Work with procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure fair and equitable treatment of external vendors and partners.
- Continuously update knowledge on DE&I issues and best practices to support strategic vision.
- Coordinate with Internal Communications to ensure inclusive messaging.
- Provide expertise on DE&I queries and best practices across departments.
- Lead training initiatives on cultural competency and inclusion.
- Promote employee participation in charitable giving and community engagement.
- Build and sustain community partnerships to support DE&I initiatives.
- Expand brand presence in diverse communities through partnerships with social talent and advocacy groups.
- Act as an internal consultant to embed social impact considerations into decision-making processes.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as La Belle Vie at LV.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a DEI & Social Impact leader in a large multinational organization.
- Proven track record in developing DE&I and Social Impact strategies across complex business structures.
- Experience partnering with legal teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Strategic thinker with experience in program design and implementation.
- Effective influencer with a growth mindset.
- Ability to manage complex projects and make sound business decisions.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion within a large multinational organization is required.
The appointed candidate will receive a salary ranging from USD $190,000 to $215,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
