1. Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), handle rates, service levels, and sales targets while closely monitoring expenses.

1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as STEM, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in an industry with short implementation cycles, such as e-commerce or online product services.
3. Demonstrated expertise in long-term workforce planning, capacity modeling, and cost optimization techniques.
4. Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
