- Provide exceptional client service by accurately handling inquiries related to care services via phone, email, and video.
- Achieve objectives in productivity and quality while maintaining high operational standards.
- Perform accurate and complete product assessments related to repairs and quality.
- Assess incoming repairs to evaluate the condition against store documents and determine repairability.
- Utilize CRM systems to access technical data for processing repairs.
- Handle a range of client calls, including payment questions, quotations, and customer service issues.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.

The position offers a salary range of USD $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
