1. Provide exceptional client service by accurately handling inquiries related to care services via phone, email, and video.
2. Achieve objectives in productivity and quality while maintaining high operational standards.
3. Perform accurate and complete product assessments related to repairs and quality.
4. Assess incoming repairs to evaluate the condition against store documents and determine repairability.
5. Utilize CRM systems to access technical data for processing repairs.
6. Handle a range of client calls, including payment questions, quotations, and customer service issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong communication abilities.
3. Proficient command of the English language.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.

The position offers a salary range of USD $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
