1. Implement and support Louis Vuitton's digital initiatives within an Agile framework.
2. Collaborate with local business teams to identify and resolve issues, collect and validate enhancements, and customize solutions.
3. Coordinate with HQ for core enhancement setup, development, and solution support.
4. Provide critical business operation support for Digital Retail, retail stores, and offsite events involving digital services.
5. Work with Customer Solutions team members to enhance both hard and soft skills.
6. Manage self and build effective working relationships with multiple teams.

1. Approximately 3 years of experience in building and managing digital solutions, particularly with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics.
2. Experience managing payment services including credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and alternative payment methods.
3. Proven ability to work closely with teams managing Digital Retail, Client Services, Advertising and Digital, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Finance.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills, including system log analysis.
5. Proficiency in Japanese and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
