- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standard processes and maintain quality of service for customer experience.
- Drive product excellence through end-to-end testing, reporting, and tracking of defects and technical issues.
- Conduct extensive testing to ensure products meet user requirements and established guidelines.
- Act as the point of contact for User Acceptance Testing processes, including stakeholder opt-in/opt-out publication and run book preparation.
- Facilitate meetings with partners throughout the testing process.
- Document and report any defects or inconsistencies discovered during testing.
- Provide feedback on user experience, usability, and overall quality of the e-commerce platform.
- Maintain clear documentation of the testing process, results, and any issues encountered.
- Perform ad-hoc testing to identify potential issues not covered by formal test cases.
- Benchmark within and outside the luxury industry to offer innovative ideas.
- Build ad-hoc presentations on digital, omnichannel, and innovative topics.
- Ensure key metrics are followed and communicated accurately.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate in a related field of study.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Able and willing to work in New York City, with four days per week on-site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office.
- High level of curiosity and innovative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Fluency in French is advantageous.
Beginner level experience in project management or related fields, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally across internal and external partners.
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.
Undergraduate interns will be compensated at $20/hour; graduate interns at $25/hour.
