1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standard processes and maintain quality of service for customer experience.
2. Drive product excellence through end-to-end testing, reporting, and tracking of defects and technical issues.
3. Conduct extensive testing to ensure products meet user requirements and established guidelines.
4. Act as the point of contact for User Acceptance Testing processes, including stakeholder opt-in/opt-out publication and run book preparation.
5. Facilitate meetings with partners throughout the testing process.
6. Document and report any defects or inconsistencies discovered during testing.
7. Provide feedback on user experience, usability, and overall quality of the e-commerce platform.
8. Maintain clear documentation of the testing process, results, and any issues encountered.
9. Perform ad-hoc testing to identify potential issues not covered by formal test cases.
10. Benchmark within and outside the luxury industry to offer innovative ideas.
11. Build ad-hoc presentations on digital, omnichannel, and innovative topics.
12. Ensure key metrics are followed and communicated accurately.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.
3. Able and willing to work in New York City, with four days per week on-site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office.

1. High level of curiosity and innovative mindset.
2. Detail-oriented with clear communication skills.
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
4. Fluency in French is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in project management or related fields, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally across internal and external partners.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.

Undergraduate interns will be compensated at $20/hour; graduate interns at $25/hour.
