1. Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Digital Private Client Advisors to achieve individual and team goals.
2. Collaborate with the Client Development Manager and Client Relations Manager to enhance the client experience and foster brand loyalty.
3. Ensure continuous development of client books through personalized outreach and follow-up.
4. Drive results in key categories, cultivating entrepreneurship within the team.
5. Partner with store and regional teams to create innovative virtual and in-store experiences.
6. Communicate performance and reporting to Senior Leadership, identifying and analyzing industry trends and best practices.

1. BA/BS Degree required
2. 5+ years' experience in data analytics, consumer insights, retail, or direct marketing
3. Proven success in developing high-performing sales teams

1. Strong understanding of digital and retail client experiences
2. Passion for selling and styling across categories
3. Luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills
4. Agile, influential, and excellent communication skills
5. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
6. Ability to adapt to changes and calibrations

Minimum 5 years in data analytics, consumer insights, retail, or direct marketing, with proven success in developing high-performing sales teams.

BA/BS Degree required
