- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Digital Private Client Advisors to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with Client Development and Client Relations Managers to enhance the client experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure continuous development of client relationships through personalized outreach and follow-up.
- Drive results in key product categories and cultivate entrepreneurship within the team.
- Partner with store and regional teams to create innovative virtual and in-store experiences.
- Communicate performance and insights to Senior Leadership and identify industry trends and best practices.
- BA/BS Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, consumer insights, retail, or direct marketing
- Proven success in developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of digital and retail client experiences
- Passion for selling and styling across categories
- Luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills
- Agile and influential communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and calibrations
Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, consumer insights, retail, or direct marketing, with proven success in developing high-performing sales teams.
BA/BS Degree required
