- Optimize the product catalog and assortment for assigned categories on digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the e-merchandising process from creation to online publication, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Ensure accurate product information and manage the launch and online animation of new collections.
- Coordinate with central teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, Webmaster, Studio, and local teams) to create and provide assets for product representation.
- Enhance product presentation through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
- Develop cross-selling strategies by leveraging a silhouette-based approach to convey the brand image.
- Support regional teams in implementing e-merchandising strategies and achieving business objectives.
- Analyze customer journey and business performance to optimize according to global merchandising objectives.
- Create and consolidate sales and visit reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience, aligning with or exceeding market standards.
- Propose and test new approaches for key annual events, maintaining regular competitive analysis.
- Contribute to managing functional evolutions for responsible categories.
- Participate in Front and Back Office product catalog projects and implement new features.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
- Strong affinity for luxury, fashion, and customer experience.
- Solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for managing multiple projects across diverse cultures and seniority levels.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Minimum of 5 years in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
