- Optimize the product catalog and assortment for assigned categories across digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the e-merchandising process from product creation to online publication, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Ensure product information accuracy and oversee the launch of new collections and online category animation.
- Maintain the schedule for asset creation and availability, coordinating with central teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, and local teams.
- Enhance product presentation and category through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities by promoting a holistic approach to product presentation.
- Support regional teams in implementing e-merchandising strategies.
- Analyze and optimize customer journey performance in line with global merchandising objectives.
- Create and consolidate sales and visit reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
- Continuously enhance customer experience by aligning with or exceeding market standards.
- Propose and test new approaches for key annual events, conducting regular competitive analysis.
- Contribute to functional evolutions for responsible categories.
- Partner with e-commerce teams to deploy e-merchandising strategies and set challenging objectives.
- Participate in front and back office product catalog evolution projects and new feature implementation.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A minimum of 5 years in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
