- Analyze the performance of product categories to guide e-merchandising actions in alignment with global merchandising objectives.
- Consolidate weekly, monthly, and launch reports to communicate key digital indicators to internal stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Propose and implement action plans to enhance business performance and improve the online customer experience in collaboration with partners such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and digital teams.
- Participate in buying sessions and advocate for local initiatives to influence product selection and purchasing quantities.
- Support regional markets in understanding e-merchandising strategies and achieving their results.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis of digital assets, website functionalities, and services.
- Contribute to the implementation of functional evolutions for responsible categories.
- Ensure effective product assortment and presentation on digital platforms, managing Visual Merchandising, catalog, and cross-sell operations.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure alignment with regional teams including webmasters, Supply Chain, and customer service.
- Manage online publication of new products in coordination with webmasters, adhering to schedules.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to maintain optimal stock levels, especially for key products and commercial events.
- Work with other Digital Merchandisers to establish product priorities and address cross-category challenges such as recruitment and average basket increase.
- Provide regional markets with product strategy insights and support daily e-merchandising optimization.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with significant exposure to digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
- Strong affinity for luxury, fashion, and customer experience.
- Solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CMS and Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
