- Optimize the product catalog and assortment for assigned categories on digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the e-merchandising process from product creation to online publication, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Ensure accurate product information and oversee the launch of new collections and online category activities.
- Coordinate with central teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Communication) and local teams to create and distribute assets (images and texts).
- Enhance product presentation through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
- Develop cross-category approaches to promote the brand image and cross-selling.
- Analyze and optimize customer journey performance in line with global merchandising objectives.
- Create and consolidate sales and visit reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
- Propose and test new approaches for key annual events.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis.
- Support markets in deploying e-merchandising strategies in partnership with local e-commerce teams.
- Participate in front and back office product catalog evolution projects and new feature implementation.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Strong communication skills to manage projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A minimum of 2 years in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management is required.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
