- Optimize product catalog and assortment for assigned categories across digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate e-merchandising processes from creation to online publication, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Ensure product information accuracy and oversee the launch of new collections and category animations online.
- Coordinate with central teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, and local teams to create and distribute assets.
- Enhance product presentation through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
- Develop cross-category approaches to promote the brand image and cross-selling.
- Analyze and optimize customer journey performance in line with global merchandising objectives.
- Create and consolidate sales and visitation reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
- Propose and test new approaches for key annual events.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis.
- Support market deployment of e-merchandising strategy in partnership with local e-commerce teams.
- Participate in Front and Back Office product catalog evolution projects and new feature implementation.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Strong communication skills for managing diverse projects and stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
Minimum of 3 years in digital merchandising or related fields.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
