- Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of online content creation, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Manage tools for executing marketing email and mobile push notification campaigns, utilizing Salesforce.
- Demonstrate proficiency in corporate communication and translation briefings.
- Oversee SEO/SEM management to enhance digital presence.
- Regularly analyze e-commerce sales using Google Analytics, Power BI reports, and internal tools.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs and ongoing campaigns, proactively planning future actions.
- Conduct reporting, data cross-referencing, and maintain a database and historical archive.
- Manage the website through internal search, commercial messaging, campaign pushes, and merchandise product pages.
- Apply knowledge and intuition of existing marketing tools to analyze client behavior and business KPIs.
- Enhance communication with digital clients and strengthen relationships with the Maison.
- Exhibit creativity and propose innovative ideas.
- Communicate daily with international teams to coordinate projects.
- Graduated from Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' based on Spanish labor law.
- Good level of corporate writing in English and Spanish.
