- Lead a team of three Agile development squads, managed by Product Owners and a domain architect.
- Coordinate the overall activities of the Tribe in alignment with the Order & Profile lv.com Tribe and the mobile application Tribe.
- Guide and structure the product roadmap for implementation on search, navigation, product pages, and e-merchandising.
- Prepare for product reviews, value committees, and steering committees with business partners.
- Collaborate with the Digital Application Maintenance team to ensure platform stability.
- Develop and implement a global governance framework to enhance development autonomy for teams in various zones.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from an Engineering School or equivalent University degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Domain Manager in an international context.
- Proven expertise in digital environments, particularly in headless site architecture, API (Mulesoft), and caching strategies.
- Proficiency in search concepts, e-merchandising, product information management (PIM), and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and cross-functional approach in an Agile setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities to drive project success.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within an international digital context.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from an Engineering School or equivalent University degree.
