1. Manage internal communication for France and Europe, anticipating roadmaps.
2. Collaborate with Private Sale correspondents across workshops, stores, accounting, IT, HR, and financial control.
3. Oversee the e-commerce platform for Private Sales in France and Europe.
4. Engage regularly with stakeholders across various zones.
5. Contribute to event operations, including product reception, setup, and cash handling using Xstore.
6. Manage the event registration tool.
7. Monitor delivery receptions, handle disputes, and process refunds related to the VPOL platform.
8. Provide user support for website issues and order-related problems.
9. Analyze and optimize after-sales processes.
10. Draft regular reports to track performance and highlight areas for improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4 / M1 in Communication or Digital Transformation, or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English in a professional context; knowledge of a second language is appreciated.

3. Analytical skills for process improvement and reporting.
