1. Conduct monthly reporting on client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) across digital touchpoints.
2. Monitor the implementation roadmap for new digital touchpoints.
3. Co-lead the EMEA Digital Client Community, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and spotlighting client feedback.
4. Perform recurring and ad hoc client analyses using analytical tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, and Power BI.
5. Propose innovative formats for visualizing and sharing insights with senior management.
6. Conduct competitive benchmarking of digital experiences to enhance client excellence.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (final year) at a business school.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideally, a first experience in a similar role or within a digital/analytical environment.

Master's degree in progress (final year) at a business school.

Hybrid work mode with 2 days/month remote work after the first month.
