1. Lead the Digital Care Service team in handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video.
2. Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience.
3. Communicate department objectives and business information through briefings and training.
4. Create action plans to drive support and maximize Specialist productivity.
5. Ensure successful completion of core tasks and service levels.
6. Supervise day-to-day activities of Advisors and foster cross-department collaboration.
7. Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding operational opportunities.
8. Ensure adherence to department and company standards, policies, and procedures.
9. Support team development by defining performance targets and providing coaching.
10. Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talents for succession planning.

1. Minimum 3 years in a similar role, leading people.
2. Retail background preferred.
3. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a retail environment, is required.

The salary range is USD $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
