Louis Vuitton Digital Care Services Supervisor

- Lead the Digital Care Service team in handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate department objectives and business information through briefings and training.
- Create action plans to drive support and maximize Specialist productivity.
- Ensure successful completion of core tasks and service levels.
- Supervise day-to-day activities of Advisors and foster cross-department collaboration.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding operational opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to department and company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support team development by defining performance targets and providing coaching.
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talents for succession planning.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, leading people.
- Retail background preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle high-volume workloads.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Team player with strong professional relationship-building skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a retail environment, is required.
The salary range is USD $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
