- Provide exemplary customer service through accurate handling of inquiries related to Care Services via phone, email, and video.
- Conduct precise product assessments for repairs and quality assurance, determining repairability and providing care information to clients.
- Utilize the JD Edwards system to access technical data for processing repairs.
- Consistently achieve goals in email and phone quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle a variety of customer calls, including payment collection, quotations, and service issues.
- Troubleshoot and research issues related to repairs, sometimes requiring on-site investigation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, adhering to Louis Vuitton's Quality Customer Service Standards, Etiquette, and Selling Ceremony.
- Communicate effectively with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services teams to relay performance results and client feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints with fairness and courtesy, maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, staying informed on product and departmental updates.
- Document all client interactions using CRM software for tracking and analysis.
- Participate in departmental training and company improvement projects.
- Propose process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- GED certificate or high school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
