- Evaluate incoming repair requests to determine repairability using designated systems and guidelines.
- Handle client interactions with high quality, including payment collection, quotations, and service issues.
- Document all communications to track customer inquiries and feedback using CRM software.
- Provide exemplary customer service by adhering to Louis Vuitton's quality standards and etiquette.
- Troubleshoot and research issues related to repairs, coordinating with the LV atelier as necessary.
- Communicate with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services teams to relay performance results and client feedback.
- Stay informed on product and company updates, proactively identifying areas for improvement in client care.
- Exceptional client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Spanish and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to quickly learn and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and German.
