- Handle a variety of client interactions, including payment collection, quotations, and customer service issues, ensuring high-quality service.
- Document all client communications to track inquiries, feedback, and complaints using CRM software.
- Maintain exemplary customer service by adhering to Louis Vuitton's Quality Customer Service Standards and Selling Ceremony.
- Troubleshoot and research issues related to repairs, coordinating with the LV atelier as necessary.
- Communicate with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services teams to report feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product and company updates, proactively identifying areas for improvement in Client Care.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous.
