2. Analyze and redesign the remote product repair process to enhance omnichannel synergy.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking within and beyond the luxury sector.
4. Propose improvements for the remote client care journey and conversion rates.
5. Support regional teams in solution deployment, including localization, testing, performance analysis, and community engagement.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school, seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
2. Previous experience in retail or digital sectors with a client-oriented focus is advantageous.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is recommended.
