- Contribute to the understanding and management of global e-commerce revenue across various sectors including leather goods, accessories, footwear, and ready-to-wear.
- Act as a coordinator to consolidate insights from multiple analytical perspectives in collaboration with central and local teams such as communication, client relations, CRM, and e-merchandising.
- Monitor performance and prepare presentations for top and middle management at both central and local levels.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for Louis Vuitton and LVMH top management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on business trends and departmental needs, focusing on market specificities and business opportunities.
- Perform competitive intelligence and report on luxury and digital market trends.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey and oversee project implementation with central and local teams.
- Identify and track opportunities for optimizing Power BI reports in collaboration with the BI Project Manager.
- Identify global e-commerce best practices.
- Facilitate the community of business analysts in local markets and support teams in analytical tools and methods.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a pure player or consulting firm.
- Interest in the luxury and digital sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and insight generation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics; familiarity with Contentsquare is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to represent data impactfully using tools like PowerPoint and Think Cell.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team spirit, with adaptability to various hierarchical levels.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to excellence and rigor in the luxury industry.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a pure player or consulting environment.
