- Translate website content into Arabic to enhance regional engagement.
- Manage product grids and visual merchandising to optimize online presentation.
- Optimize internal search performance for improved user experience.
- Support the creation and layout of email marketing campaigns.
- Track and follow up on deliveries, returns, and refunds, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment.
- Monitor stock allocation to the warehouse, ensuring back orders and delayed items are addressed.
- Assist with manual order screening, fraud alerts, and chargeback investigations, including bank transfer tracking and basic accounting checks.
- Follow up on client requests, assist in daily operations, and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IS/IT teams.
- Support coordination of test cases and place test orders in pre-production and production environments.
- Liaise with the EMEA team, participate in follow-up calls, and report bugs and technical issues.
- Update department store and mall platforms with new Louis Vuitton launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate creative layouts for Customer Service Centers to support seasonal campaigns.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in CRM/Digital Marketing or Business Management.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Strong soft skills, including an enthusiastic attitude, task ownership, and a focus on execution and follow-up.
- Digital savviness and quick learning abilities.
- Proactive and curious nature.
Beginner level experience, suitable for individuals at the start of their career journey.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in CRM/Digital Marketing or Business Management.
