1. Plan and implement project initiatives, including developing comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, and organizing resources to achieve milestones.
2. Select and evaluate potential new suppliers to ensure high standards in quality, competence, and technology.
3. Manage and coordinate the Industrial Team, assigning tasks, clarifying roles, and fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
5. Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and coordinating issue resolution.
6. Create and manage project budgets, estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
7. Oversee quality control by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring compliance with established standards.
8. Track and report project performance against predefined metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.

1. Proven management experience as a team leader and coordinator.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.
3. Experience with risk management principles and techniques.
4. Experience in budgeting and financial management.
