Louis Vuitton Development Manager

- Plan and implement project initiatives, including developing comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, and organizing resources to achieve milestones.
- Select and evaluate potential new suppliers to ensure high standards in quality, competence, and technology.
- Manage and coordinate the Industrial Team, assigning tasks, clarifying roles, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and coordinating issue resolution.
- Create and manage project budgets, estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Oversee quality control by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Track and report project performance against predefined metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Proven management experience as a team leader and coordinator.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.
- Experience with risk management principles and techniques.
