Louis Vuitton Deputy Store Manager

- Lead and coach a team of Managers, Senior and Expert Client Advisors, and Client Advisors to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
- Develop and implement individual and team goals, sales targets, and performance assessments.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
- Foster a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences and support Expert Advisors in their roles as style advisors.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team, conducting morning briefings and training sessions.
- Cultivate a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business to develop and implement action plans that boost business and maximize product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, supporting team sales efforts and fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Oversee inventory management and support the Store Manager in workforce planning.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and clienteling tools.
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of luxury retail.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities within the luxury retail sector.
