1. Develop and coach Managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, identifying development and training needs.
2. Recruit and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Director.
3. Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
4. Motivate the team to drive business and foster a cooperative work environment.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships and establish a client-centric mindset.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
7. Cultivate a strategic understanding of the business and implement action plans to boost performance.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling.
9. Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
10. Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton standards.
11. Provide feedback and coaching to the team and Managers.
12. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and implemented.
13. Manage inventory and support workforce planning.
14. Monitor store maintenance and organize communication with business partners.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in fast-paced retail environments.
2. Strong operational and clienteling expertise.
3. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
