Louis Vuitton Deputy Store Manager

- Develop and coach Managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, identifying development and training needs.
- Recruit and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
- Motivate the team to drive business and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships and establish a client-centric mindset.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
- Cultivate a strategic understanding of the business and implement action plans to boost performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team and Managers.
- Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Manage inventory and support workforce planning.
- Monitor store maintenance and organize communication with business partners.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fast-paced retail environments.
- Strong operational and clienteling expertise.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Strong commercial mindset and decision-making skills.
- Empathy and client-focused approach.
- Resilience and ability to navigate challenges.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in fast-paced retail, with strong operational and clienteling expertise.
