1. Lead and inspire the store team through effective management and coaching.
2. Support the Store Director in business development and monitoring store operations and budget.
3. Drive commercial performance and identify business opportunities to achieve store goals.
4. Recruit and build highly motivated and engaged teams, providing regular feedback and career development plans.
5. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
6. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
7. Set and manage achievable team and individual targets, assessing performance to ensure goals are met.
8. Maximize the potential of all product categories in partnership with the Store Director.
9. Build a loyal clientele by leveraging clienteling tools and establishing a client-centric mindset.
10. Represent Louis Vuitton in the local market through networking and PR activities.
11. Lead by example on the sales floor, cultivating an excellence-driven culture.
12. Ensure Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
13. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management.
14. Coordinate front and back of house functions to maintain seamless operations.

1. Proven track record in store management with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
