5. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.

7. Set and manage team and individual performance targets.
8. Maximize the potential of all product categories in partnership with the Store Director.

10. Represent the brand in local market activities and track competitive landscape and market trends.
11. Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring business opportunities are maximized.
12. Ensure Louis Vuitton policies and standards are effectively communicated and implemented.
13. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and ensure seamless operations.

1. Proven track record in store management with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
