- Lead and inspire the store team through effective management and coaching.
- Support the Store Director in business development and monitoring store operations and budget.
- Drive commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and implementing actions to achieve store goals.
- Recruit and build highly motivated and engaged teams, providing regular feedback and career development plans.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions and objectives.
- Set and manage team and individual performance targets.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories in partnership with the Store Director.
- Build a loyal clientele and establish a client-centric mindset in the store.
- Represent the brand in local market activities and track competitive landscape and market trends.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring business opportunities are maximized.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton policies and standards are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and ensure seamless operations.
- Proven track record in store management with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
