1. Lead and inspire the store team through effective management and coaching.
2. Recruit and build highly motivated and engaged teams, providing regular feedback and career development plans.
3. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
4. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions and objectives.
5. Set and manage achievable team and individual targets to ensure performance goals are met.
6. Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in the store.
7. Build a loyal clientele by leveraging clienteling tools and establishing a client-centric mindset.
8. Represent the brand in local market activities and track competitive landscape and market trends.
9. Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring excellence-driven culture and efficient sales floor management.
10. Support the Store Director in implementing Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures.
11. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and ensure seamless operations.

1. Proven track record in store management with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
