1. Lead and develop a team of Managers, Senior and Expert Client Advisors, and Client Advisors to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Director.
3. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, promoting cooperation among Managers.
4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, utilizing all clienteling tools.
5. Instill a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
6. Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in cross-selling and client repurchase.
7. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team, enhancing their sales and clienteling skills.
8. Ensure the implementation of Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures.
9. Oversee inventory management and accountability.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in fast-paced retail environments.
2. Proven operational and clienteling expertise.
