1. Support the coordination of DEI-focused training sessions, discussions, events, and programs.
2. Assist in developing communication materials to promote internal DEI efforts.
3. Research and identify diverse professional networks and academic institutions to aid in talent pipeline development.
4. Help maintain and update internal DE&I communication platforms or sites.
5. Assist in coordinating corporate social responsibility activities and initiatives.
6. Contribute to projects related to environmental initiatives, including supporting the Green Team.
7. Assist with the overall coordination of internal communications related to DEI and CSR.
8. Support the collection and analysis of metrics to track the success of DEI & CSR initiatives.
9. Provide general administrative support for DEI and CSR program execution.
10. Assist in the preparation of materials for diversity training, workshops, and CSR activities.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to New York City.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
6. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Beginner level experience in relevant fields.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
