- Execute décolletage (bar‑turning) operations on CNC and conventional machines, ensuring production targets and technical specifications are met.
- Independently manage the 'pièces de révolution' cell comprising two décolleteuses and one Spinner CNC lathe with Fanuc control.
- Program, set up and launch series production on assigned machines, optimising cycle times and toolpaths.
- Perform in‑process and final quality control of produced parts in accordance with technical drawings and tolerances.
- Carry out first‑level maintenance and daily upkeep of equipment to ensure machine availability and reliability.
- Report production status, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities to the machining supervisors.
- Technical diploma (CFC), vocational baccalaureate (Bac Pro) or equivalent in décolletage, mechanical engineering or micromechanics.
- Minimum five years' hands‑on experience in décolletage / screw machining; experience in watchmaking or connector industries preferred.
- Proven ability to programme and set up CNC lathes and to run series production autonomously.
- High precision orientation, strong attention to detail and methodical approach to quality assurance.
- Good teamworking and communication skills; proactive attitude and willingness to develop further technical expertise.

Minimum five years of professional experience in décolletage, bar‑turning or precision turning, preferably within horology or precision connector manufacture; demonstrated experience running CNC production cells autonomously.
Technical diploma (CFC), Bac Pro or equivalent in décolletage, mechanical engineering or micromechanics.
