1. Execute décolletage (bar‑turning) operations on CNC and conventional machines, ensuring production targets and technical specifications are met.
2. Independently manage the 'pièces de révolution' cell comprising two décolleteuses and one Spinner CNC lathe with Fanuc control.
3. Program, set up and launch series production on assigned machines, optimising cycle times and toolpaths.
4. Perform in‑process and final quality control of produced parts in accordance with technical drawings and tolerances.
5. Carry out first‑level maintenance and daily upkeep of equipment to ensure machine availability and reliability.
6. Report production status, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities to the machining supervisors.

1. Technical diploma (CFC), vocational baccalaureate (Bac Pro) or equivalent in décolletage, mechanical engineering or micromechanics.
2. Minimum five years' hands‑on experience in décolletage / screw machining; experience in watchmaking or connector industries preferred.
3. Proven ability to programme and set up CNC lathes and to run series production autonomously.
4. High precision orientation, strong attention to detail and methodical approach to quality assurance.
5. Good teamworking and communication skills; proactive attitude and willingness to develop further technical expertise.
