- Define and manage Data & AI projects to address business challenges, prioritizing tasks and maintaining constant communication with stakeholders.
- Develop compelling arguments to support decisions and facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Implement data science projects and analyses using advanced techniques to address digital and retail challenges.
- Evaluate the performance and impact of machine learning models, comparing them to existing business approaches and assessing ROI.
- Collaborate with data engineers to deploy implemented methods into production.
- Present results and provide alerts when necessary, supporting business teams in utilizing implemented tools.
- Train teams on data and AI principles and techniques, continuously improving models and tools based on feedback.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, preferably in customer and retail-focused roles.
- Proficiency in statistical techniques, descriptive and predictive models, and machine learning algorithms.
- Expertise in analyzing large, complex databases in distributed environments.
- Experience with data science development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Proficiency in Dataiku and Python programming.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, precision, and creativity.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on customer and retail challenges.
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
