1. Define and manage Data & AI projects to address business challenges, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
2. Bridge technical and business teams, advocating for data-driven decisions and facilitating compromise.
3. Implement data science projects using advanced techniques to address digital and retail challenges.
4. Evaluate the performance and ROI of machine learning models compared to traditional business approaches.
5. Collaborate with data engineers to deploy implemented methods into production.
6. Communicate results effectively and provide necessary alerts.
7. Support business teams in utilizing implemented tools and train them in data and AI principles.
8. Continuously improve models and tools based on team feedback.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in customer and retail-oriented projects.
3. Proficiency in statistical techniques, descriptive and predictive models, and machine learning algorithms.

1. Expertise in analyzing large, complex databases in distributed environments.
2. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
3. Proficiency in Dataiku and Python.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
6. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of excellence.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on customer and retail challenges.

Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
