1. Define and manage Data & AI projects to address business needs.
2. Evaluate priorities, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
3. Bridge technical and business teams to find compromises and solutions.
4. Implement data science projects and analyses for digital and retail challenges.
5. Measure performance and ROI of machine learning models.
6. Collaborate with data engineers to deploy methods into production.
7. Present results and provide necessary alerts.
8. Support business teams in utilizing tools and train them in data and AI techniques.
9. Continuously improve models and tools based on feedback.

1. Degree in Engineering or University equivalent (Bac+5).
2. At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in client and retail-focused roles.

1. Proficiency in statistical techniques, descriptive and predictive models, and machine learning algorithms.
2. Expertise in analyzing large, complex databases in distributed environments.
3. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
4. Proficiency in Dataiku and Python.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity.

Minimum 5 years of experience.
