1. Define and lead Data & AI projects to address business needs, prioritizing and communicating progress with stakeholders.
2. Bridge technical and business teams, facilitating compromise and decision-making.
3. Implement data science projects and analyses using cutting-edge techniques to solve digital and retail challenges.
4. Evaluate the performance and ROI of machine learning models compared to traditional business approaches.
5. Collaborate with data engineers to deploy implemented methods into production.
6. Communicate results effectively, providing alerts when necessary.
7. Support business teams in utilizing implemented tools and train them in data and AI principles.
8. Continuously improve models and tools based on team feedback.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in client and retail-focused roles.

1. Proficiency in statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
2. Expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets in distributed environments.
3. Experience with Google Cloud Platform and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
4. Proficiency in Dataiku and Python.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
7. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of luxury industry standards.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on client and retail challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
