- Define and lead Data & AI projects to address business needs, prioritizing and communicating progress with stakeholders.
- Bridge technical and business teams, facilitating compromise and decision-making.
- Implement data science projects and analyses using cutting-edge techniques to solve digital and retail challenges.
- Evaluate the performance and ROI of machine learning models compared to traditional business approaches.
- Collaborate with data engineers to deploy implemented methods into production.
- Communicate results effectively, providing alerts when necessary.
- Support business teams in utilizing implemented tools and train them in data and AI principles.
- Continuously improve models and tools based on team feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in client and retail-focused roles.
- Proficiency in statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets in distributed environments.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Proficiency in Dataiku and Python.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of luxury industry standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on client and retail challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
