1. Conduct literature reviews and study scientific publications related to predictive data modeling.
2. Identify and analyze customer journeys across various contact channels.
3. Model and highlight significant customer pathways through data analysis.
4. Prototype, test, and potentially industrialize chosen predictive methods.
5. Collaborate with the Client Development and Data Science teams to leverage technical and business expertise.
6. Consolidate data from multiple sources including transactions, web navigation histories, and social media.
7. Implement predictive methods to support customer engagement strategies.
8. Develop a monitoring dashboard for the selected model.

1. Pursuing a Master’s degree or engineering school program in machine learning.

1. Proficiency in Python and SQL.
2. Experience with Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, and Dataiku.
3. Strong analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
4. Curiosity and passion for artificial intelligence with a drive to innovate.
5. Fluency in English.
