1. Lead data projects by defining objectives, resources, timelines, and ensuring budgetary compliance.
2. Develop and maintain project plans.
3. Coordinate with local and global business and tech teams as well as external stakeholders.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
5. Implement and monitor data quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data collection, security, and availability standards.
6. Supervise and animate the delivery team responsible for data project implementation.
7. Plan tasks, monitor milestones, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
8. Manage risks and resolve issues encountered.
9. Contribute to global and regional data governance initiatives.
10. Participate in defining data governance policies and procedures.
11. Collaborate closely with the Domain Lead and Enterprise Architect for effective integration with the information system.
12. Stay informed about technologies, integration models, solution usage scope, and regulatory impacts on information systems.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 from an engineering school or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar data project management role.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
3. Collaborative approach in an agile context.
4. Leadership skills to successfully drive projects.
5. Innovative and proactive mindset.
6. Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.

Minimum of 5 years in data project management, preferably in HR data management.
