- Lead data projects by defining objectives, resources, and deadlines, ensuring budgetary compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Coordinate between local/global business teams, tech teams, and external stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement and monitor data quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data collection, security, and availability standards.
- Supervise and motivate the delivery team responsible for data project implementation.
- Plan tasks, track milestones, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Manage risks and issues encountered during project execution.
- Contribute to global and regional data governance initiatives.
- Participate in defining data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Domain Lead and Enterprise Architect for effective integration with existing systems.
- Stay informed about technologies, integration models, and regulatory impacts on information systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management.
- Proficiency in data management practices including governance, quality, and data protection.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach in an agile environment.
- Leadership skills to successfully drive projects.
- Innovative and proactive mindset.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role focusing on data project management, with a strong understanding of digital and HR data management practices.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
