- Lead data projects by defining objectives, resources, timelines, and managing budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate between local and global business and tech teams, as well as external stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions aligned with data platform transformation strategy.
- Implement and monitor data quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data collection, security, and availability standards.
- Oversee the delivery team responsible for data project implementation, ensuring task planning, milestone tracking, and quality of deliverables.
- Manage risks and issues encountered during project execution.
- Contribute to global and regional data governance initiatives, including workshops and community management.
- Participate in defining data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with domain leads and enterprise architects for effective system integration and market trend monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management.
- Proficiency in data management practices, including governance, quality, and data protection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to drive project success.
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
