1. Participate in the construction of cross-functional data processes in collaboration with Master Data and other data-producing departments.
2. Formalize decisions and document processes following workshops.
3. Monitor action plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
4. Collaborate with industry experts to define change management strategies.
5. Provide necessary elements for e-learning development to the training team.
6. Organize and collect user feedback post-deployment.
7. Support the definition of cross-functional processes to address existing process issues or implement new processes.
8. Assist in deploying parts of the process within a department, gathering tool and KPI evolution needs.
9. Ensure deadlines are met and action plans are followed.
10. Contribute to communication efforts, explaining operational impacts.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +4) in Business or Engineering.
2. Experience in cross-functional process work and/or project management.

3. Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and Visio.
4. Interest in data and information systems.
