1. Collaborate closely with financial directors and key users to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and detailed user stories.
2. Ensure clear understanding of specifications by the LV_NEO teams and oversee development until delivery.
3. Facilitate User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and manage change management with central and regional teams.
4. Integrate into an agile squad and co-manage the backlog with the Data Product Manager.
5. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily scrums, and lead sprint review ceremonies while maintaining continuous communication with the development team.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance project management and AMOA with an agile approach.

1. Proficiency in PowerBI and JIRA.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3 years in finance project management and AMOA within an agile framework is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
