- Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders across various departments to comprehend business challenges and opportunities.
- Uncover and communicate business insights to aid stakeholders in making informed decisions through data analysis.
- Develop self-service Power BI dashboards featuring impactful business metrics to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of data analysis.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards to accommodate new requests.
- Train stakeholders to proficiently utilize automated dashboards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably within the consumer cyclical industry.
- Proficiency in SQL (preferably within a Big Query environment), Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics; knowledge of Python and Cognos is advantageous.
- Strong data visualization skills.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for diverse audiences through effective communication.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome current limitations.
- Interest in consumer behavior, both online and offline.
- Familiarity with CRM and Web Analytics; experience with E-Commerce Operations, such as delivery and payment methods, is a plus.
- Aptitude for independently learning new skills.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably within the consumer cyclical industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
