- Establish and execute the cyber defense strategy in alignment with international standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and LVMH directives.
- Manage the 24/7 Cyber Ops team to enhance detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
- Oversee comprehensive cybersecurity incident management, including major cyber crises.
- Supervise the penetration testing program.
- Deploy and optimize EDR and email security solutions (O365).
- Lead Bug Bounty programs and integrate security into the DevOps cycle.
- Develop Threat Intelligence capabilities to proactively identify luxury sector threats.
- Contribute to the security tools and services roadmap, focusing on MFA, secure partner access, and risk mapping.
- Secure critical infrastructures like Active Directory and automate compliance controls.
- Design and integrate security into new digital projects.
- Create and promote effective awareness programs, including video campaigns, interactive initiatives, webinars, and phishing simulations.
- Participate in the LVMH cybersecurity program.
- Organize major security events to assess and enhance Louis Vuitton's security posture.
- Present reports and dashboards on cyber defense, incidents, and KPIs to the CISO and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for external security partners, vendors, and LVMH Group cybersecurity teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role focused on cyber defense operations.
- Experience leading a cyber SOC or similar operational security team, and managing significant cyber incidents and crises.
- Strong technical expertise in security technologies (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security).
- Recognized interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, lead teams, and influence technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a complex, agile, and innovation-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- CISSP or CISM certification is a plus.
- Strategic planning and execution in cyber defense.
- Leadership and team management in cybersecurity operations.
- Incident management and crisis response.
- Technical expertise in security technologies.
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Knowledge of international cybersecurity standards.
Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
