- Anticipate upcoming product launches to ensure timely and reliable classification.
- Respond to queries from brokers and business partners with accurate information to facilitate customs clearance.
- Draft responses to CBP inquiries (CF28/CF29).
- Conduct audits and reviews of entries to the USA, Canada, and St. Barth.
- Perform audits of the classification database.
- Assist with special customs-related projects and exceptional flows to smooth the clearance of department-specific shipments.
- Support press and gifting flows.
- Assist the Repair and After-Sales Service Center with Temporary Import Bond compliance and maintenance.
- Support domestic workshops with compliance-related questions.
- Manage pricing changes for the network, in coordination with merchandising and retail operation teams, under the direction of the Central pricing teams.
- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Trade Compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and O365.
- Deep understanding of US Customs & Partner Government Agency rules and regulations (CBP, FWS, FDA, APHIS, CITES, TSCA, CPSC).
- Solid understanding of laws, rules, and regulations impacting international freight movement.
- Organizational skills to handle diverse queries.

Minimum of 5 years in Logistics/Supply Chain or Trade Compliance.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $105,000-115,000 annually.
