1. Anticipate upcoming product launches to ensure timely and reliable classification.
2. Respond to queries from brokers and business partners with accurate information to facilitate customs clearance.
3. Draft responses to CBP inquiries (CF28/CF29).
4. Conduct audits and reviews of entries to the USA, Canada, and St. Barth.
5. Perform audits of the classification database.
6. Assist with special customs-related projects and exceptional flows to smooth the clearance of department-specific shipments.
7. Support press and gifting flows.
8. Assist the Repair and After-Sales Service Center with Temporary Import Bond compliance and maintenance.
9. Support domestic workshops with compliance-related questions.
10. Manage pricing changes for the network, in coordination with merchandising and retail operation teams, under the direction of the Central pricing teams.

1. Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Trade Compliance.
2. Excellent knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and O365.
3. Deep understanding of US Customs & Partner Government Agency rules and regulations (CBP, FWS, FDA, APHIS, CITES, TSCA, CPSC).
4. Solid understanding of laws, rules, and regulations impacting international freight movement.
5. Organizational skills to handle diverse queries.
6. Strong relationship-building skills.
7. Excellent communication skills.

Minimum of 5 years in Logistics/Supply Chain or Trade Compliance.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $105,000-115,000 annually.
