Louis Vuitton Customs & Trade Compliance Manager

- Ensure compliance with Customs Laws and Regulations in the US, Canada, and St. Barth, in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Trade Compliance and Logistics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to Brokers and Business partners to facilitate customs clearance.
- Draft responses to CPBP inquiries and stay informed on Fish and Wildlife and Environment Canada regulations.
- Perform reporting and follow-up activities related to duty drawback, organize and audit drawback claims, and optimize the drawback program.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews of entries to the US, Canada, Bermuda, and St. Barth, and maintain compliance with classification regulations.
- Assist with special Customs-related projects and manage compliance with C-TPAT and PIP Supply Chain Security programs.
- Support the Repair and After-Sales Service Center with Temporary Import Bond compliance and maintenance.
- 5-7 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields.
- Valid U.S. Customs Brokers License.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. & Canadian Customs and other relevant agencies.
- Proven experience in customs compliance within an international trade environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management systems.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields, with progressive professional experience in customs compliance within an international trade environment.
Salary range of USD $100,000 - $125,000.
