1. Ensure compliance with Customs Laws and Regulations in the US, Canada, and St. Barth, in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Trade Compliance and Logistics.
2. Provide timely and accurate information to Brokers and Business partners to facilitate customs clearance.
3. Draft responses to CPBP inquiries and stay informed on Fish and Wildlife and Environment Canada regulations.
4. Perform reporting and follow-up activities related to duty drawback, organize and audit drawback claims, and optimize the drawback program.
5. Conduct internal audits and reviews of entries to the US, Canada, Bermuda, and St. Barth, and maintain compliance with classification regulations.
6. Assist with special Customs-related projects and manage compliance with C-TPAT and PIP Supply Chain Security programs.
7. Support the Repair and After-Sales Service Center with Temporary Import Bond compliance and maintenance.

1. 5-7 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields.
2. Valid U.S. Customs Brokers License.
3. In-depth knowledge of U.S. & Canadian Customs and other relevant agencies.
4. Proven experience in customs compliance within an international trade environment.

2. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
3. Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management systems.
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields, with progressive professional experience in customs compliance within an international trade environment.

Salary range of USD $100,000 - $125,000.
