1. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and sales data to identify trends and root causes.
2. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support decision-making.
3. Leverage data to enhance workflow efficiency and develop sales and demand forecasts.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect customer feedback with business outcomes.
5. Support management in developing data-driven business recommendations.
6. Translate data into insights to support customer experience and engagement planning.
7. Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for retention and engagement improvement.
8. Generate target customer cohorts and support engagement action plans.
9. Monitor engagement outcomes and provide recommendations for future optimization.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
2. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer experience-driven organizations preferred.
3. Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
4. Business-level English proficiency preferred.

4. Capable of managing multiple priorities.

Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, customer experience insights, or related roles, preferably within luxury retail or similar industries.
