- Manage internal CRM software to provide training and troubleshooting support for stores.
- Assist in boutique-level initiatives, including client capture programs and follow-up campaigns.
- Support database troubleshooting and CRM Analyst in data exportation and weekly report updates.
- Perform database reporting to support store Clienteling objectives and extract insights for key stakeholders.
- Implement tools and actions required for Client Development.
- Collaborate closely with retail teams across the MED Region, including Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, and Israel.
- Drive Clienteling excellence in all boutiques.
- Create and facilitate weekly CRM calls and presentations with retail teams.
- Collect weekly updates and deadlines from the CRM team and communicate them to retail communications.
- Assist with the development of boutique training materials in Clienteling practices.
- Graduated from Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' based on Spanish labor law.
- Immediate availability for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver results with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others easily.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
- Motivated with a strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods environment.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or Business Analytics, preferably within the luxury industry.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
