- Collaborate with digital, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Develop and implement a personalized CRM strategy with global teams.
- Collect and analyze customer data to refine targeting and communication.
- Use CRM analytics tools to track customer behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide functional leadership to country correspondents across eight regions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.
- Ensure smooth communication among CRM stakeholders and sales advisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital fields.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM, relationship marketing, or project management in a multichannel environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multicultural environments.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in relationship marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM project management within a multichannel environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital fields.
